I guess it would depend on a lot of things... Mainly, do you live in Nashville already or want to move badly enough to be happy doing it? How many hours are they averaging a month since they're paid hourly? Are they still paying all medical and dental bennies?
My boat may be somewhat different than most. I already have more than 2,000 hours PIC part 121 jet so I sure as h*ll don't need the flight time (that's why I'm call last here) and I simply want more $$ and days off so I wouldn't leave PCL (even with the measly 10 days off that I get) unless I was getting at least six figures with most of my nights at home (which isn't going to happen in BNA), or going to ATA, AT, SWA, JB, etc, but that's just me.
If the majors are your goal, then you might want to tough it out here if you can (moving back to a charter job for even money wouldn't look so great unless you could show some serious personal reasons for doing so). If you want to go Corporate for your career and find yourself even money and QOL or better by jumping into Averitt, head on over (the corporate guys seem to shy away from the airline types - a bunch of the street captains here have been beating the bushes of all the larger Challenger, Gulfstream, and Falcon jobs on any website we can find to no avail).
PM me if you want to talk specifics...
Tom, you working for Cadena over there in MQY? I keep waiting for someone to put a CL on certificate in Nashville so I can make some real money and be at home most nights *sigh*. =) We need to catch a frosty adult beverage with the old gang!
