Average time after UPS interview before finding out?

The frustrating part is to have "Multiple Internal LOR's" and have your stuff in there for over 3-4 years and STILL not get a call! Frustrating to say the least!

Yes it is frustrating but unfortunately that's just how it is. It took me 8 years to finally get the call and I too had many recommendations. I think the numerous job fairs I went to and especially the WAI conference that one of my sponsors attended with me finally did it for me. For those of you who got the “thanks but no thanks letter” – I’m really sorry to hear that - I hope you’ll keep trying as there have been numerous pilots hired on their second attempt…Good luck to you all!
