What is the average per diem in the charter world? I just saw some one post $65 per day we get $41 per day.
 
We get $40/day. I believe $41 is the maximum allowed by the IRS if you do not differentiate between high and low cost cities and all that hassle.

The new low/high is $45/58.

A change is in the works.
