I got hired in 1999 at 24 (and a half). I think I saw that guy who was 72. Hawker pilot. Looked 72, but moved like he was 35.
I've never heard of any issues with age and hiring at Netjets. If you're qualified, they'll take you. It really just seems to depend on the applicants at the time. For a while, Netjets was really big on retired airline guys. Now, I suspect they are really big on furloughed airline guys, who tend to be younger (think FlyI).
