How do you guys get animation in you avatars? Do you use a flash plugin or what? I've been out of the computer biz for years so if somebody could clue me in I'd appreciate it.

How to resize?

I have a picture saved on my comp. that I want use as my avatar. When I go to upload it, I get the prompt that tells me that the image is to big. I have MS Picture It!, so if any of you guys could help me out, and let me know how to get it to fit in there. Thanks.

I saw mine somewhere on the net and "borrowed" it.

And as any Pinnacle pilot knows, the big purple dinosaur has special meaning to us....:D ;)

fixed it...

Should add this to all the computers in ops....:D :p

as far as I know, the only animated avatars that you can use here are animated GIF files. An animated GIF is simply a standard GIF with multiple layers.. you can get any number of shareware programs that will compose animated GIFs. Just make sure you make it small enough to meet the size limit.
