Avatar Compressor Program?

I've got a New avatar, but can't compress it fully... I can't locate and 'online' compactor software. Anyone have some links?

Open it is "MS Paint" and choose resize. Type in the required size (i don't know what that is, notice I don't have one), and it will resize it for you. Paint is included in windows.

Try Easy Thumbnails, free at www. fookes.com. You can resize to whatever you need, very easily, and it'll also crunch jpegs in terms of file size with no physical resizing of the photos. I use it quite a bit for my web site.
