Looking for an update on the current situation (morale, company outlook, etc.) and answers to a few questions I had.

What is the hiring forecast for the future and the delivery schedule for the II's?

Are you typed initially as an FO?

Is the schedule 7&7 now?

What kind of hotels do you stay at on the road?

How many hours a tour/month are you averaging?

Upgrade still about a year? Is there a time requirement for insurance purposes you must meet in order to upgrade?

Overall morale is good. Most people that I talk to enjoy it here and are a pleasure to work with. Attrition is low.

Hiring around 12 a month (I believe). We have 5 II's on property now and are expecting to have 15 by June.

There is no type for the Avanti. MTOW is 12,100.

The schedule is now 7/7. It makes a huge difference over the 8/6 that we used to fly.

Usually the hotels are very good. You will be a Diamond VIP at Hilton in about 8 months after you begin flying tours. They try to keep us at Hiltons whenever possible but that's not always the case depending on availablility.

Average tour is about 30 hours.

Latest upgrades have been about 9 - 10 months. The requirment to upgrade is 3000tt (don't remember the rest of the requirements). I'm not sure it's a company policy or an insurance requirement.

Overall, it's a fun place to work and the Piaggio is a great airplane to fly.

Most of the new hires have much more time then the 2500 tt.

Although a few people have been hired right at 2500.

When I was hired they were looking for people with glass time due to the new Avanti II's
