Thats one of the things that they are working on. They know that family insurance is just horrible. There are a couple of things that are being worked on.

Family health insurance is free at Netjets, and you'll make about 50 thousand your first year as a first officer, plus another 5 thousand tax free you'll pocket of perdiem because meals are paid for by the company, we get a catered meal for every leg we fly, heard you all are having trouble getting meals on the road, 90% of the time there's good food waiting for me when I land, got dammit I'm getting fat. What's captain pay at Avonair?

That's a flame. "My company is better than your's". I turned down the NJ interview to come to a place that I think is better. Compare pay and medical and whatever you want. I'm double digit on a seniority list that's about to increase 5 fold in a very short time. I took the road less traveled and that made all the difference.
