Its CAM who will get the aircraft. After that they will lease them to who ever they want. Why would it be a subsidiary? They lease now to Ameri Jet and Cargo Jet.

Why would they lease to a subsidiary? Because wet leasing pays more than dry leasing. ABX/CAM leased the Ameri Jet at request of the bank to generate revenue when the stock was at .18 cents. The Cargo Jet aircraft was leased during contract talks years ago and business was slow. We now need aircraft and crews at all three airlines.
