ATP's 90 day Pilot Program??

Thanks for the info guys...As far as graduating the program so to speak and coming out with the flight time, how easy is it to go from there and "work" your way into the system...I mean is it easy to land a job instructing or maybe even hauling freight...I understand somewhat of what the industry is going through now, but as far as when things get back to "normal"/when the industry picks back up...
