Im about to take my ATP written. I have aspirations of going to the airlines (no snickering). Does it matter whether you take the 135 written or the 121 written? I am more familiar with the 135 but as I said, I would like to work for a 121 carrier one day. Any ideas?

Thanks

I don't think it matters once you get your ATP. I had my ATP and got hired by a 121 carrier and never was asked what written I had taken. Take the one that you can pass. The 135 one asked questions about the 1900 while I think the 121 test ask questions about the 72 and other heavy stuff that you probably never have flown. Again I don't think it matters which one you take. Good Luck.

Thats kind of what I thought....Thanks.
