I just came across a second pair of questions in the Gleim where the question was worded the exact same, all three answers were the exact same (only in different order) but the correct answer was different. The first was dealing with setting your altimeter. Both were A, but different answers. The other was about ADIZ penetration tolerances. Exact same question, both C, but different answers. I tell you what, you could everything there is to know, but still have a chance at the right answer being wrong. Sheesh.

ATP Gleim's '06
SU 6 - Q 3 Vs. SU 7 - Q 30
SU 5 - Q 169 V. SU 7 - Q 31

I'm unsure if this is a Gleim's thing or an FAA thing.

SU5 to SU7, tell me I'm not memorzing this stuff :)

The FAA does not publish answers to their questions, it's a Gleim thing. I've found errors in ASA's test prep. It's rare, but it happens.
