ATP Written expiration date???

Just wanted to make sure that I was reading it right
when I read that the ATP written does not have an expiration date as long as you are working for a Part 121 or Part 135 company?????


Anyone heard otherwise?

As long as you upgrade at that company. If it expires and you leave said company before an upgrade opportunity you'd have to take it again before you went to an All Atps, or the like, for the practical test.

I had the same question last summer. My FSDO gave me the guidance above. Although your FSDO may take a different view.
