A4A, and the bureaucracy that exists to make money off the factory pipeline on the supply side will be working hard to ease regulations.

We've got those honest, hard working, corruption-immune congressmen on our side. So we've got that going for us.
 
The numbers definitely spiked prior to the new testing standards. It will take more then one or two months to see how this change affects the total going forward. Anyone who was even thinking of getting an ATP did so prior to the new rules going into effect.
 
This is a bit like saying car sales are awful after the cash for clunkers deal a few years ago. Of course they are. If they still are in a year or two then worry.
 
This whole deal is a Charlie Foxtrot! The US has lost its competitive edge in many industries and areas. This situation is a further indication we continue to slide to the bottom of the mountain.
