ATP is this quality training?

I'm curious...I spoke with ATP today and I can get my CFII, MEI, MEII, all guaranteed for $1995.00. That seems like a baaaaaagin. Whats the catch?

Are you sure that the price isn't $4995.00 for the "Total CFI Program"? I went through the ALL ATP program a couple of years ago, and I thought it was a very good program. In the space of two weeks you'll earn your instructor ratings and at this point in time you might have a pretty good chance of getting on afterwards as an instructor. Time was that they would only hire recent graduates of their "Professional Pilot Training" program, but with the amount of attrition going on you might have a shot.
If I were to give you any advice it would be to go down there with the Seminole "gouge" memorized, be thoroughly familiar with ATP's procedures/call-outs and be instrument proficient. The Seminole is a really easy airplane to fly, and I enjoyed it. You'll also fly the C-172 a few times to do your spin training/endorsement and also review Comm/PVT PTS maneuvers for the SE add-on to your CFI ticket. ATP is slightly unconventional in their training, because you'll do your initial CFI in the PA-44, followed by yout CFII also in the Seminole. You'll finish up in the Cessna, and thats by far the easiest checkride I've ever done.
