You guys seems to think that ATP and Riddle are the same school. They are not. You scoff at the Riddle Pukes but consider this. At least Riddle offers a 4 year degree; in flying or NON-flying (i.e. engineering, business, safety, atc, etc). Also while the program is extremely expensive, it's pay-as-you-go and you still need to meet minimums for licenses and ratings. The training environment does not operate the ATP/Flightsafety fast-track way: drop 50 grand down and then "fast track" from 0 time to the right seat of an rj in 6 months. Most all Riddle Pukes when they get hired have been flying for at least 4 years and instructing for 1 or 2 as well. I'm not saying Riddle is the balls, in fact I still question my decision to go. But I DO know that they are better than these fast track schools. It seems not many people know the difference.
