ATP certificate question

Went on the FAA's interactive database to see if my ATP had been added.

There is no mention of my instrument rating on this.. Is that normal with an ATP and type or did someone mess up?

Yes, That is normal not to have any mention of an instrument rating on your ATP. You must have an instrument rating to be eligible for an ATP.

I agree. I hold both single and multi ATPs and my file doesn't show an instrument rating for either.

Really, when you think about it, an ATP is a souped-up instrument rating.

Where do you find this info at? Is it on the FAA website? I didn't see anything there. I didn't look real hard either.
