Let me add my two cents here.
A. It could just be a typo from the Regrestry in OKC. It does happen.
B. When JT got his 707 type rating he would automatically get the 720 rating. I recall he was violated for buzzing a house in Maine with the 707. If this was true, the Judge could yank the 707 type rating but leave the 720 rating. If JT went back to 707 recurrent training he could get the 707 SIC rating added to his certificate just for attending training.
I do not run in the same circles with JT, but this is my best guess.
