I dont have much info, wish I could help you more. We just had a voice mail from our president who said between Atlas and Polar we have 50 of 51 747's flying and the charter market is Hot! with no end in sight. The -200 crews seem to be flying there brains out with all the military charters. -400 crews are fairly slow with Chinese New Years going on until the Feb. 18th.

I havent heard of any new classes. I'am going down to the school house next month and I will try to find out some info for you.

There is word of some good contracts in the works and we are all hopefull of some growth soon. When the military stuff cools down it will be dicey if there will be any hiring..........it is just so hard to forcast in this ACMI/Charter business.

I interviewed with Atlas in Dec 2002 and was put in the pool on Jan 23,2003 for one year. There were 8 people in my interview group and Atlas held 4 days worth of interviews in Dec 2002. So if every interview group had 8 folks there could possibly be 32 from the Dec 2002 interviews assuming everyone was selected. I have also been informed by another user that there were 18 already in the pool from the interviews that occured on 2000. Soooo there could be as many 50 poolies.

Heard from another user there may be a class in late spring, early summer. That's all I know,hope it helps.
