Now that Atlas has filed Ch.11, how does that effect the pilots. Are there twice as many pilots than necessary?

Who knows?

It's all pretty complicated my friend.

The entire parent company Atlas Worldwide Holdings has been playing quite the shell and pea game with Atlas Air, Polar Air and AACS (Atlas Air Crew Services, I think).

I've seen reports that indicate *major* confusion over figures of assets and liabilities and just exactly who is to be considered a creditor.

It'll all come out in the wash for sure. We just have to wait and see.

As far as over staffing is concerned, yeah, too many pilots at Atlas--they just furloughed a whole bunch.
