Describe Polar Schedules - How Many Days On/OFF?

How are the schedules different between Atlas and Polar? Can someone give an example? Is it more of a week on/week off at Polar? Also, would newhires at Polar likely start on the 200 or 400 (what have recent newhires started on)? I like the look of the new paint job on the Polar 400...

I got called for an interview with Atlas as an FE. Couldn't make it though. I thought they were only hiring into the FO's seat?

I got a call for a interview this week. I understand that they have professional FE's who work past 60. Also belive that some Captains step back to the FE slot when they reach 60.
