You're right. We should take concessions--but from the top down. All senior pilots should take a 25% paycut to allow ASA/XJT to stay competitive and win more flying. Seems it's all the senior lifers making 100K working 12 days a month who are the ones dragging this place down.

Actually, yes. more in some cases... I didn't work the last 6 weeks of 2010 and still got there +
