One bedroom available 15 Jan 02 in Smyrna/Vinings area. Shared with 2 responsible, mature FAs. Convenient to ATL/AP (15-20 mins), Buckhead, Lenox, Cobb, etc via I-285. Gated community. Tennis courts and pool (like they do you any good in the middle of winter). Washer in apt/communal dryer for apt community. Lease expires in April, but other 2 roomies are looking to possibly extend by 6 months-1 year. Shared bathroom with 1 roomy. No smoking. No pets. $362/month + 1/3 utilities (about $100). Willing to use room as crashpad for 2+ people, but must have at least 2 tenants @ $156/month + 1/6 utilities each to be considered.
