Quality Inn on the southside of the airport, College Park, is $39 give or take a $1.

Its okay, free in room internet, free breakfast (bagels, fruit etc). If you do stay there I would not venture out on your own to get food or whatever, not a real nice part of town.

The Wellsely Inn on Virginia across from the Holiday Inn is 50.00 a night but its completely renovated, clean, nice rooms, mini fridge, pool, workout room, and a Subway next door.
