Thank you Captain Moron,

I will remember to add Hussein onto my hanging chad in November.

Your post did nothing more then point out that without you-the lowest common denominator, this forum would all but loose it's entertainment value!

Ciao!

What?! It's his name... Don't be so "nervous" If you've got a problem with his name maybe you shouldn't point a finger at me. I'm not his momma... I didn't name him. Just stating the obvious. And as always, I'm glad to help out. This place needs a little entertainment now and again.

Ciao yourself!

I wish you guys well. Keep that BAX happy because it is the only independent freight left without being assimilated by UPS or FDX. For how long nobody knows? Dayton, Fort Wayne, Willmington, all gone. Hope neither FDX or UPS will eye TOL. Good Luck.

Good post. I wish you guys well too. Remember what happened in 2001 with the mail contract? FedEx took the contract and IND postal was shut down. Many guys where left on the street (Express One, Ryan, etc). Similar situation with DAY, UPS bought what it was left of Emery and many more guys on the street (Express.net, CAT, etc.). Now is the DHL turn. Will BROWN be the final outcome?

Think what "Brown can do TO you"

Cheers.

Hi!

Yeah, the Dems always destroy the military and make it smaller, like FDR.

He didn't want America to join WWII, so he did everything in his power to keep us out of the war. He dismantled the military, reducing it's size to a pittance. The military budget shrank to nothing, we avoided the war, and all through the early 1940s the American consumer had TONS of cars, appliances, and all sorts of consumer goods to buy since FDR did the normal "Dem" thing.

The YIP airport was built just to supply the American airlines with all the civilian airliners needed for the public to fly everywhere in the 1940s.

Hi!

Yeah, the Dems always destroy the military and make it smaller...

This is in no way a political statement or intended to indicate support for any party or candidate, but merely an observation of our history. We had military contracts out the wazoo during the Clinton years, and most of those contracts dried up during the Bush years. Mostly because DoD wanted to do things with in-house assets rather than contract under Bush. I don't know if that history has anything to do with Dem vs. Rep politics or if it was just the way the tides of karma flowed, but somehow over the years, despite tough times and uncertain futures, we've managed to stay afloat, sometimes despite our best efforts to the contrary ;) , so should the Dems win, we may very well pick up more military contracts in 2009+ and reap the benefits if they reduce and contract out. Should the Reps win, we'll find other things to do if what we still have goes away. Just hope it all holds up over time.
