ATC pushing to many planes at KSAT ?

Is it just me or do others thing that ATC is pushing too many planes on to final, at ATC.

Just a little to tight for comfort, maybe I am a pssy.

I was in SAT a week ago and I was pissed that they were holding us short with a 210 on a 5mi final. But hell, what do I know. LOL

San Antonio ain't exactly LGA, ORD, or even MDW when it comes to spacing departures and arrivals.

Is it less than 3.5nm with a departure in between arrivals ala DCA?

I always thought it was more like accidental random patterns in the chaos or something...
