ATC Info?

I can't seem to find where on the FAA site the steps with obtaining work in the ATC field. I was going to look more into this, and forgot to bookmark what the requirements are.

Any help? Thanks

Some basic info...

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must:

Be 30 years of age or younger
Be a United States citizen
Become an employee of the Federal Aviation Administration
Pass a rigid medical examination including but not limited to vision, hearing, substance abuse/dependency along with a background check
