I have a friend who is considering becoming an air traffic controller. They are no where near the age limits yet for ATC. Could any of you provide insight as to good schools to attend/school limits? Is doing one of those one year programs a good idea? What certs do you need to graduate with to work at the larger airports? What career expectations can one have joining the industry at this time? Any other words of advice that you can provide will help! Thanks!
