From a source:

"Please be advised that the Aero-News Network, the Aviation World's DAILY News Service, has received a number of requests for us to get involved in an investigation of the ATA closing.

From the information we have received so far, it seems that there are compelling reasons for us to do so.

We are looking for summaries of the problems individuals and companies may have had in this matter, as well as basic documentation and a run-down of whatever actions you may have taken thus far to seek restitution or make complaint. Please be thorough, be specific, make sure you can verify your claims, and please understand that we have been through this process before... we've undertaken many investigations in the past and learned a lot about what to do, and what not to do, over the course of such an effort. It doesn't happen overnight and all assertions and claims must be verified before they can be published.

You may submit all e-mail statements to [email protected] or snail mail same to the address below. All responses will be kept in confidence, if requested, until the results of our investigation are published.

All the best,

Aero-News Network
