I work for Allegheny, however. ATA's had my app since July or August, and still no call...

5900 TT, 1500+ Dash8 captain time....

Fingers crossed & hoping....

And wondering what it takes. ATA would be a dream job. Any suggestions?

I have several friends in management over at ATA, and they have told me that the competition is extremely fierce. They have pilots sending in apps with over 20,000 hours and countless type ratings. Definitely not to say that you are not qualified as you most certainly are, but it could take a while. If you have any friends there, that will only help your cause.

ATA is a great place to work. Hope you get it.

I had an interview last week and I didn't know anyone there. Our qualifications are pretty close so keep up the work.
