Does ATA always notify you for an interview via telephone, or do they send mail?

I just interviewd and got hired by ATA. The notification for interview is by phone. The notification for pass / fail on the interview is by mail. They emphasized how busy the CP's office is right now so we were instructed not to call about class dates.

It was 2 weeks from the mailing of the app until getting the interview call.

Good Luck:D

Mach Zero,

Congrats! Any idea which aircraft type you will get - 757 or 737-800? Also, which aircraft have you flown previously - are you furloughed or commuter?

Thanks

757

Hello all,

Sorry for hijackin'this thread but I found out today there is a 757 class starting the 25th of AUG, congrats to all who made it in.

I'm not sure if the entire class is 757, anyone know?

Recent new hires have the possibility of going to any airplane (737, 757, or L-1011). I think there are 34 vacancies that needed filling by new hires on Oct. 1. I think it went something like 15 737, 13 757, and 6 L-1011. So if they want us online in Oct. they are going to have to get these classes underway soon. I am hoping for MDW Wingleted Guppy.:p
