ATA Hiring

Can someone tell me how ATA decides who gets hired when from the pool? I'm pretty sure it's not first in first out. Also, does anyone have info. on the next class. I think I read Dec. 11 somewhere. Thanks in advance.

In the Status/Base Bid That was issued a couple weeks ago, the next classes for both 737 and 757 FOs are scheduled for December 11. The company has indicated that it will be placing newhires into both the 737 and 757. The closing date for the bid is November 1 and the award date is November 5 with training rosters to be posted by November 19. I guess they will figure out how many newhires to call to fill out the classes after the bid is awarded. I may (reluctantly) be filling one of those 757 positions....
