Yep. But keep in mind, they will hire very very very few "off the street". Maybe 10-15 out of 1000-2000 applicants.

Seems like its getting fast tho. People getting the call a month or so after graduating.

Anyone interesting in going ATC should read this blog (especially this latest entry) from a former NATCA President. Theres a lot the FAA isn't saying that I've been finding out from many 'developmentals', and his blog highlights most of them.
