Astra Pay Typed FO
Anyone have an idea of pay (FO typed) for your second year with CO.? The job is mostly 91 flying with 220hrs per year and 135 about 100 per year. Based in SNA. Gone about 14 days/mo. Typical owner that gives no hard days off unless plane in mx. and he changes his mind like there is no tomorrow. He is currently looking to take on a partner or 2. Doesn't look good. Any idea of pay? What if we start flying 500hrs per year and gone 18-20 days per/mo. with the additional owners on board? Maybe 2 payscales.
