I have yet to accomplish a successfull login, but from what I can tell you'll have to request an ID number from Delta (via the website, it is then snail mailed to your home) and also request a PIN from Craig Bloomsmith (at his extension, instructions also on the website, also snail mailed.) Plan on a couple of days for the mail and make both requests at the same time.
