No. Its only for flight planning.Isnt the 50 mile land limit a hard limit? In other words if we were in that desperate of a need to deviate more than 50 miles would we not be required to declare an emergency?
So they have changed there tune on that one. I wonder what other rules the company has been ignoring.In recurrent we were told it was a hard limit, and to deviate more than 50nm, we should declare an emergency.
