Just heard a rumor that Willy has been removed from his position. It was not a reliable source. Just wondering if anyone else has heard this or can confirm this?

Willy....like a pimp right out of an episode of Starsky and Hutch!

We can only hope that dumb S*B has be fired, removed, or whatever it takes to get that idiot out of where he can affect our quality of life. It is a well know fact the only reason he is in his current position is the company is afraid to fire him and end up in a law suit. (PC) How many of you have dead headed 3 or more times last month? Thank Slick Willie for that. It is time for that incompetent moron to move on down the road. Why is it we have to work 4 day schedules with 12 to 16 hour days. Willy has got to go. Willy has got to go.

Gary Gross is his boss. Gross hate pilots, that is known. He has to go too.....
He is the one that changes the crap that Willy puts out to more crap...

Gary Gross the jealous retard and Willie the child molester both have to go b/4 anything will change.......

This just in from the wicked witch of the south "Eva Durham/Holley", ASA is no longer taking del. of 50 seaters, F/A will start training for 1st class service for the 705, (or the 905 whatever, 70 seats total), F/A are going to wear hat's and the wonderful sexy go-go boots to "boot". That's what she is telling the RGT classes....

Heard it from my "wife's girlfriend"...........

g0-g0 boots Rule!!!

HOO RAH

From what I am hearing Willie has been replaced by a former DL guy who has no crew scheduling experience....I think his name is Jack Engberg. He is going to be at the C.P. forum Tues Jan 31st 1030-1230.

Maybe we could mold and shape him into something worthwhile and get some efficient and pilot friendly trips?

What was I thinking?!?! That'll happen.

Replacing him with someone with no experience or formal training in proper scheduling practices accomplishes what ???

On another note. I hear Nabib at the local 7-11 is interested in the crew scheduling job !!

It's not the person doing the job, it's the culture. As long as the culture continues to be to screw the pilots, that's what will happen.

Look at Scott Hall. All the Chicago Express people on this board were telling us about how much of a great guy he is. Now, he's been assimilated by the brain trust at the death star, and I bet the Chicago Express guys wouldn't even recognize him now.

What's even funnier is that the Chicago Express guys thought he was a great guy because after they had closed the doors, Mr Hall was helping them find jobs. HE WAS GETTING PAID TO DO IT! He wasn't doing it out of the goodness of his heart.

It's a start!

Anyone would be better than Willy. Give it a try. Maybe this new guy has an open mind. At least Skywest management replaced him. Anyone know where he went?? You know, screw up, move up. Gary Gross unequivocally needs to go. :uzi:

Jack has been here for a short time. Willie has been in crew planning for several months. Willie is still here.

Also, if any of you guys are at the CP forum on the 31st, ask Mr Hall why he thinks we want 5 day trips. That is what he is trying to get crew planning to make.

Duty Rigs will take care of that! Vote no to send a message!

Willy bez da MuF@ckin Man Bouy..... Yall just don't know.. He is Fly and Pimpin'...

Seriously, Glad that Screw Off is gone from Scheduling. If we can only get rid of all the ATTITUDE and get a Good Working Relationship going.

Where did you hear that?

I don't think it would be wise to give my source but if you look back almost everything I have stated has been true. If Mr Hall states that he has never said that well who would you trust?

That's great crashpad. He has left me one voice mail. (which I never responded to). That is the only time I have heard his voice. He sounded like your typical Atlanta street thug. F%$K Willy

Cheers

Well, I'll be darned. I'm not doin' five-day trips. Just another pilot-screwing maneuver, I guess.

We've had to do them before.

As for scheduling, your all missing the point. It doesn't matter who is in charge. We all know Willie is a worthless piece of $hit who would be better off loading watermelons onto a truck. If the company wanted a kindler-gentler Crew Sheduling, then they would simply tell him to do so. As it is, they like him as their pit bull.

It's the attidude of senior managment that matters, not Crew Sched. When Mgmt. decides to make improvements, only then will they improve--regardless of who is running CS.

If there are 5 day trips, there had better be 5-6 days off between! I'll be damned if I live away from home in hotels for 5 days and then be off only 2 days.

The old 5 day trips were built into lines that had 5 on and 5 off. However, a significant number of those 5 day trips made there way into relief lines that had 5 on and 2 off.

The real issue is the company has you for 5 days to reschedule and jerk you around ! Example. How about being extneded after that 5 day trip to Macon. I was !

That's exactly right...

Management, in any company, is responsible for the behavior, attitude, and tone of the entire organization.

Regardless of the reason, they are to blame for WH's behavior, either through negligence (by allowing the "street thug" free-reign), or through policy (strategic antagonism of flight crews.)

I think it's strategic antagonism, myself....then Willie's perfect for the job. I'd hire him to antagonize employees if I were a manager who wanted to destroy a company.
