This signing bonus is being paid for by Skywest inc./ ASA, this is not a union check.
The agreement says the union only decided how it would be distributed.
ASA money, owed to the ASA pilots, paid and facilitated by the ASA payroll department.
The union did keep us updated, jerk.
They had to wait for the company to give them a final list of pilots, then it was up to our Reps to go through every name and make sure they were in the right slot and still at the company.
Nevermind im talking to a brick wall, youll never be happy with ASA ALPA.

Well, I am on MLOA and I got a call from an ALPA rep who told me what I was to get. A couple days later, I got an email from an ALPA rep that told me the payment would be on the 12th instead of the 15th. He also volunteered to Fed Ex a check if I no longer had Direct Deposit as anyone without Direct Deposit would have to go to the Chief Pilots Office to pick theirs up.
Seems to me that they are doing a fairly good job of communicating.
