If on reserve do we get paid on top of the 75 hrs for RGT? I haven't found any details in the contract.

each day of reserve pays 3.75 hrs. each day of rgt pays 4.0. claim 4.0 training credit as well as 8.0 hrs times 4 days for DTAFB per diem. they will add 16 hrs to your reserve/flown credit and pay you that.

You cannot claim per diem. It is 3.75 hours for ground and 4.0 for sim. Does that help?

Where'd you get that? It's 4.0 for recurrent training and 3.75 for other than recurrent training. They call it "recurrent ground" so it's 4.0 per day. Checkrides and LOFTs are also recurrent and 4.0. 3.75 is for new hire and upgrade classes and that one time we had CAT II training.

Claim 4.0 for recurrent and they will take back the .25. It is 4.0 for sims.

it is in section 11 there it is for you.. Section a and section b for recurrent ground..

Actually, it's 11.D.2. At no point does it differentiate between "sims" and "ground". But if you want to keep claiming 3.75, go right ahead. If they take away .25, it doesnt mean it's right. I've been claiming 4.0 for years.

D. Pay

1. A pilot in training shall be paid no less than the minimum monthly guarantee, except as it may be prorated pursuant to Section 4.A.1.
2. Training Categories
a. Recurrent Training

A pilot shall be paid and credited four (4) hours of applicable hourly pay for each day he attends recurrent training scheduled for more than four (4) hours. For each day he attends such training scheduled for four (4) hours or less, he shall be paid and credited two (2) hours of applicable hourly pay.
b. Other than Recurrent Training

A pilot shall be paid and credited three hours and forty-five minutes (3.75 hours) of applicable hourly pay for each day he attends ground training or flight training. For each day he attends ground or flight training for one (1) hour or less, he shall be paid and credited for the actual training time.

Tell you what, claim what you want and as you know pay will do what they want.. I am not going to argue with you. You have the site, claim what you want and as you know audits will do what they want.

Alright, enjoy getting paid less than what you're supposed to get paid. The company loves a sucker! Audits are about 50/50, I've had wrong audits before, fought back and won.

Me also.. time to get ready to go fly a flight that won't be on time anyway. Have a great day
