If on reserve do we get paid on top of the 75 hrs for RGT? I haven't found any details in the contract.

each day of reserve pays 3.75 hrs. each day of rgt pays 4.0. claim 4.0 training credit as well as 8.0 hrs times 4 days for DTAFB per diem. they will add 16 hrs to your reserve/flown credit and pay you that.

You cannot claim per diem. It is 3.75 hours for ground and 4.0 for sim. Does that help?

Where'd you get that? It's 4.0 for recurrent training and 3.75 for other than recurrent training. They call it "recurrent ground" so it's 4.0 per day. Checkrides and LOFTs are also recurrent and 4.0. 3.75 is for new hire and upgrade classes and that one time we had CAT II training.

Claim 4.0 for recurrent and they will take back the .25. It is 4.0 for sims.
