Anyone figured out how to bid for "Call Me First," "Call Me Last" preferences?

minor correction .. it is "call me first" or "no preference", there is not a "call me last" option.

Ps.....any 200 CA reserves flying? I have not been called one time all month. Have had 3 GDO's, but 8 reserve days, and not one call! Just curious.

Yeah,

Ive flown several days this month. All short calls too.

Mr "bright and shiny" Tom the night guy scheduler just loves to call me first thing.

I'm on his bad list.

Whatta jerk he is, with a smile on his face.

This is the good thing about the new contract is that they will be able to play fewer games with assignments.

In my instance, he passed on a 5am reserve, in order to give me exatly two hours and a few minutes, on 6am.

Its ok though, I can take it, and Karma is a B!tch

They kicked my a$$ last month, but nothing this month. Last I looked there were something like 90 CAs on reserve this month.

your upgrade sim partner here...I just flew a 4 day that left ATL and did not come back until the last leg. It was great. I hope soon we can get back to flying a relief or conversion or whatever the new name is.

Finally received a response from company. They indicate we'll receive an email memo on the 24th describing how to state the preference. It will, of course be only the "Call Me First" option, otherwise it's no preference. So definitely Call Me First or Call Me Firstest.

As far as reserve call outs, I must be a Fav, (apparently they do call the best looking guys first). This month it's been every day except one, with one trip extended twice. Last month every day with all off days moved. Twice they tried to extend me beyond legal limits. The preceding few months weren't much different. But this is the life of an "indentured servant," according to chief pilot BS.
