16 Red Arrow Days for the CRJ 200 Captain side in June. Most of the weekends are already covered by red arrows.

So did putting 1/4 of the pilot group on reserve fix the problem?

Nope once again pizz poor people managing the troops equals raw deal for all us. If they had 200 on res or 50 they'd still screw it up.

20 red arrows on the FO side. I guess increasing line values and more 4 day trips really helped to alleviate the problem.....:( Very sad!

So line values (on the 200) are 85-90 hours (some in excess of 90) for June, the majority of reserves have ALREADY BROKEN guarantee for May (and its only the 25th), and I have been extended and/or rescheduled during 2 of my last 3 trips due to NO reserves being available (and my trips are during the week). How can anyone possibly say that we are properly staffed?

On a side note, at least they changed that pic on the pilot hiring page. Good grief!

Just to be clear... it was embarrassing because of the long hair, right??? FWIW, I was in the FOs new hire class and she's very professional. I feel bad for her getting this kind of attention that she doesn't deserve. I know its directed at ASAirlines, but still.... I think we should move on.

Yes...Absolutely. I know the Captain and she is cool and as far as I know very professional.

As I said in another thread:

While I think everybody thought the web page was a good picture of two attractive women, I don't think everyone thought it was the "high and tight" professional look most women pilots traditionally strive for.
