What's the deal with this taking so long? Didn't it close on Sunday? Looks like the 700/900 is going pretty senior judging by the standing bids...

Hopefully this means they are trying real hard to get it right the first time... Hopefully.

They have 10 days from closing as per the contract.

Also according to the contract:

4. A position notice will include the following:
23
a. Position notice number.
24
b. The number of vacancies and/or reductions by position.
25
c. The effective date of the award or assignment.
26
d. A deadline date for bid closing, which will be no earlier than ten (10)
27
days from the position notice date.
28
e. Date final award is to be posted.
29
f. The projected minimum and maximum number of positions, on the
30
effective date, for which vacancies are posted. Such projection is
31
intended to be informative only to assist pilots in the bidding process.
32
g. The number of positions shown on the most recent assignment sheet
33
for which vacancies are posted.

So...since they didn't post a date the final would be released, didn't they violate the contract????

If BM is in charge, they probably violated the contract, it will take too long to post, and it will be done wrong!

They were waiting for me to give it my approval.
