I did speak with hiring last week, they are actually a little concerned, as they have little to no pool left, nor "qualified" applicants to pick from. If you meet the mins, APPLY now!!
 
how is this possible?

I was an intern last fall and ASA had over 5000 reume on their files
almost all of them were way over-qualified.
just wondering!!
