I've heard that we'll get 4Q profit checks prorated to Nov 22 (signing date) whenever they give those out in Jan... but I'm not 100% certain.

Don't plan on Jan...they always hold on to the $$$ as long as possible!

Call your MEC and ask.

The way the plan is defined, an employee has to be eligible for the entire quarter, and the employee has to still be actively employed at the time of the actual payout which usually occurs about 30 days after the end of the quarter.

However, there may have been a deal negotiated for the introductory offer. However, I doubt it. The Inc. B.O.D. would have had to agree to it. And that is doubtful.
