ASA performance plus

Just got the email that said they are changing performance plus to be based on 75% profit and 25% performance. I couldn't help but notice that this change coincides with most of the non-union employees getting axed. My question is who is getting performance plus now? MX and the staffers at the GO? Everyone at the GO?

I wonder why they all of a sudden took performance goals out of the equation... That is sarcasm I know it is so they could get paid despite the fact that they are less than bonus worthy.

Scheduling and payroll... Choke on it you piles of garbage!

Hmmm....Wasn't the whole point of PERFORMANCE PLUS to reward "eligible" employees for meeting performace goals?? Guess not. Now ASA can continue to strive for the bottom and the "eligibles" can continue to get rewarded for it. Bet that's a great motivator for the front-line folks who won't see ANY of those payouts.

Maybe that should tell us all something... I've been giving them my opinion in the polls when they call me, but I'm not sure it is effective.

When DAL takes over the ramp ASA's performance plus will only line the pockets of management. Pilot's and Flight Attendants will get nothing. I personally would like to see ASA collapse and go away. But management scum will survive like roaches after the nukes have fallen.

Tell your reps how you feel. Don't rely on Wilson polling, it simply tells how well the MEC has been putting out propaganda.... Don't be afraid of the ALPA people... tell them how you actually feel....

Yeah, then steal notes ASA alpa meetings and don't return it. Then start your alpa slab campaign! Watch how popular you become! Of course if you're Joe Merchant, you're just about blacklisted from going to anywhere out of ASA so you're pretty much screwed anyway!:laugh: :laugh:
