Okay, I have read what I could find in the contract and I have asked several people and no one can answer. Thought maybe someone here could help.

I had a reserve period of 1200 - 0100. During that time I was assigned Ready Reserve for the same day 1700 - 2330.

I dutied in at 1700 to sit at the airport. I called in sick after 3 hours hours later and went home (2000).

How will my pay be calculated?

Factors: If you call in sick for a reserve day you get docked 3.75 from you sick bank.

If you get called in for Ready Reserve you get a 4.00 credit.

Will they dock me 3.75...What about the 8 hours I worked that day?

Also, is this an occurrence?

Thanks guys!

You didn't work 8 hours, 3 at best!

Your guarantee should be adjusted by 3.95, and you'll be paid 3.95 off your sick bank. It will be an occurrence, but who really cares about that (I don't).

I see where you are coming from...

But what about the 3 hours on Ready Reserve? Will that not count for something?
