ASA open time swap question

Under line bidding it was not the 27th. 2007 contract, Section 13.E.2 "All lines will be awarded with pilot bids in seniority order. The RESULTS of the award, in seniority order within position, will be available at each domicile by 1700 local domicile time on the fifteenth (15th) of each month.

It has never been the 27th, even with subsequent LOAs. However, complaining about the 20th, while it does suck, was agreed to when the pilots voted PBS in.

You are referring to the preliminary award though. The award wasn't final until completion of integration.
 
We use to get our first schedules on the 15th...now we get them on the 20th. And we cannot open time swap until reserves get their schedules on the 27th!
