Asking for...a large 70 seat raise has held up the raise for the 50 seat guys.

The fact of the matter is...the 18+ folks on the 700 are going to get the shaft....The 18+ year 700 pilots will be left behind, and their pay isn't going to keep up with inflation...

But then I doubt many people really care.....

Unbelievable. We just can't win with you, can we Joe?

The 700 guys are screwing the 200 guys who are screwing the 700 guys. Repeat as necessary...

It's everyone's fault in your eyes. Which is it? Do we ask for 200 raises or do we ask for 700 raises? You're saying both groups deserve it, yet you also say that we're doing the wrong thing by asking for it.

You're always the first one to point the finger at ALPA, but you never offer any meaningful solution to our present position. Outside of complaining about ALPA, the only two things I've heard you say on this board are:

1)Vote for the "Coalition", we'll get it done. We can't tell you how or why or what, just trust us.

2)Decertify ALPA. How that will help our negotiations, well, who knows. But I don't like them, so let's get them out.

I don't think anyone here really doubts that you are educated about the process and you're educated about the facts, but you undermine your own potential with your blatant hatred of ALPA, your refusal to perform the duties of your position, while not asking to be removed from it and using the title in your signature anyway, and your association with the RJDC.

Just once, instead of acting like you're so much smarter than everyone here and telling them how they don't know what they really need, try telling us how you would fix the problem. What exactly do you think it fair and attainable? How exactly do you justify the sacrifices you think are necessary? And finally, when it's all said and done, where do we go from here?

I, and so many here, are so very tired of your broken-record responses. I hope this deal is close just to see what you have to post here when you don't have the CNC to complain about.

We will have a TA because the MEC has heard that ASA Aviator wants to upgrade at any cost. In order to do that, we will just keep the current contract so we can get all the new growth and all the junior FO's can upgrade and go to UPS/FedEx next year....
