Did you tell him it wasn't going to happen? He's always asked, rather than told me, when he's wanted to fly to AGS.

He probably asks until someone says "naaaaah. I think I'll fly it back." Then he'll call ops and have them change the release.
 
Is he in uniform when he does this flying? If not, I'd tell him to get stuffed. You think the passengers want to see someone in civvies walk into the cockpit and take over from the professional in uniform, who then sits in the back and drinks a coke? I think not. You want to fly, you get in uniform.
